The VIGOUR® 8 Channel Alarm System is designed to provide centralised monitoring and alarm indication for gas distribution, pressure control and industrial equipment applications.
Featuring 8 individually programmable input channels, the alarm system accepts digital switch signals from compatible monitoring devices, including contact pressure gauges and pressure switches. Each channel can be configured for normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC) operation to suit the connected equipment.
The system incorporates visible and audible alarms, an integrated 2-second delay function and an optional RS-485 communication interface. Housed in a durable aluminium enclosure, the unit is designed for convenient wall mounting in laboratory and industrial environments.

8-Channel Monitoring
The VIGOUR Alarm System provides centralised monitoring of up to 8 individual digital input signals, allowing multiple pressure monitoring devices or compatible switch contacts to be connected to a single alarm unit.
Each channel can be independently configured for normally open or normally closed operation, providing flexibility when integrating different monitoring devices.
The system is particularly suited to installations where operators require clear identification of alarm conditions across multiple gas supply or pressure monitoring points.
Visible & Audible Alarm Indication
The alarm system incorporates both visual and acoustic alarm functions to alert operators when a monitored input changes to its configured alarm condition.
Individual channel indicators allow operators to identify the relevant alarm input, while the audible alarm provides an additional notification.
An integrated 2-second delay is provided across all channels to help minimise nuisance alarms caused by brief signal changes.
Optional RS-485 Communication
An optional RS-485 communication interface is available for applications requiring communication with compatible external monitoring or control equipment.
This provides additional integration flexibility for industrial and laboratory monitoring systems.
Typical Applications
Industrial gas distribution monitoring
Cylinder manifold pressure monitoring
Laboratory gas supply systems
High-purity gas installations
Pressure switch and contact gauge monitoring
Gas control panels
Centralised equipment alarm indication
Industrial process monitoring

Designed for Gas System Monitoring
The VIGOUR 8 Channel Alarm System provides a practical solution for monitoring multiple gas supply and pressure control points from a central location.
With individually configurable input channels, visible and audible alarm indication and optional RS-485 communication, the system supports reliable alarm monitoring across laboratory, industrial and specialty gas installations.
Note: The alarm system is designed to monitor compatible digital switch signals and does not directly measure gas pressure. Appropriate pressure switches, contact gauges or compatible monitoring devices must be installed separately. Confirm supply voltage, input compatibility, output requirements and installation conditions before commissioning. Electrical installation should be performed by appropriately qualified personnel.
