Stainless Steel Contact Pressure Gauges 0-250bar

The Bulgin® Stainless Steel Contact Pressure Gauge is designed for pressure monitoring and electrical alarm signalling in industrial, laboratory and specialty gas systems.

Manufactured by VIGOUR, the VG20SE Series combines a conventional pressure gauge with an integrated inductive electrical contact, allowing operators to monitor gas pressure visually while providing an electrical signal when a preset pressure threshold is reached.

Featuring a 316L stainless steel body, adjustable switching point and NAMUR-compatible sensor, the gauge is suitable for monitoring inert, combustible, oxidising and corrosive gases and gas mixtures.

The 0–250 bar (0–25,000 kPa) pressure range makes it suitable for monitoring high-pressure gas supplies, including cylinder manifolds, gas distribution panels and pressure control assemblies.

Integrated Pressure Monitoring & Alarm Signalling

The VG20SE Series combines mechanical pressure indication with electrical contact monitoring, allowing gas supply pressure to be monitored locally and remotely.

The integrated inductive contact provides an electrical switching signal when the pressure reaches the configured threshold.

When connected to a compatible alarm or monitoring system, the gauge can support:

• Low gas supply pressure warnings

• Gas cylinder or cylinder pack depletion monitoring

• Gas manifold pressure monitoring

• Pressure threshold signalling

• Visual and audible alarm activation through external alarm equipment

The gauge uses a NAMUR-compatible sensor, allowing integration with suitable monitoring and control equipment.

Adjustable Switching Point

The integrated contact provides an adjustable pressure switching point, allowing the gauge to be configured for the required monitoring application.

The manufacturer specifies a switching point adjustment range of 0–24% of the gauge scale.

The normally closed (NC) switching configuration provides a contact signal suitable for compatible monitoring systems.
