The Bulgin Air–Propane Power Burner – 76mm is a professional-grade, high-output heating burner designed for demanding trade and industrial applications requiring rapid and even heat transfer. Delivering up to 400 MJ/h of heat output, the 76mm burner is the largest model in the Bulgin Power Burner range and is designed for applications where substantial heating capacity and broad flame coverage are required.
Designed for use with propane / LPG air-mixed systems, the burner produces a strong, stable broad flame suitable for preheating large workpieces, fabrication, manufacturing processes, roofing, drying and general industrial heating.
This model features a robust aluminium burner base with an M20 × 1 female connection, making it suitable for compatible torch assemblies, manifold systems and purpose-built industrial heating equipment.

Designed for Professional Performance
The 76mm Bulgin Power Burner provides substantial thermal output for applications where smaller conventional air–propane burners may not provide sufficient heating capacity or coverage.
Its 76mm burner head produces a broad flame pattern designed to distribute heat across a larger area, making it particularly suited to preheating large steel components, industrial processing and applications requiring rapid heat input.
For specialised manufacturing and heating processes, the 76mm Power Burner can also be incorporated into a multi-burner manifold arrangement, allowing multiple burners to distribute heat across a larger or specifically defined work area.

Why Choose the 76mm Power Burner?
The 76mm Power Burner is designed for applications at the upper end of the Bulgin standard Power Burner range. With a heat output of 400 MJ/h, it provides significantly greater heating capacity than the smaller models while retaining the straightforward operation of an air–propane burner.
The larger burner is particularly suited where:
- A broad heating area is required
- Larger steel components need to be preheated
- Faster heat input can improve productivity
- High-output heating is required for manufacturing processes
- Multiple burners are being incorporated into a purpose-built manifold system
Connection & Compatibility
This version of the 76mm Power Burner features an M20 × 1 female threaded connection incorporated into the aluminium burner base.
The connection allows the burner to be incorporated into compatible torch assemblies, manifolds and custom heating equipment using the corresponding M20 × 1 male connection.
Always confirm the thread connection, operating pressure, gas flow capacity and equipment compatibility before installation.
LPG Supply Requirements
With LPG consumption of approximately 8 kg/h at 200 kPa, the 76mm Power Burner requires a suitably sized LPG supply capable of maintaining the required vapour withdrawal rate.
Cylinder size and LPG supply capacity become increasingly important during prolonged operation. An undersized cylinder or insufficient LPG supply can result in cylinder frosting, falling supply pressure and reduced burner performance.
When the burner is incorporated into a multi-burner manifold system, the LPG supply, regulator, hose and manifold should be sized according to the combined gas consumption of all burners operating simultaneously.
Note: The above information represents typical operating performance only. Actual performance may vary depending on operating pressure, LPG supply, equipment configuration, environmental conditions and operator technique.
Built for Professional Heating Applications
The Bulgin 76mm Air–Propane Power Burner combines a substantial 400 MJ/h heat output, broad flame coverage and a robust M20 × 1 female aluminium base in a professional heating component designed for demanding industrial applications.
Whether installed as a single high-output burner or incorporated into a purpose-built manifold heating system, the 76mm Power Burner provides a robust and flexible solution where rapid, high-capacity heating is required.
