Air–Propane Power Burner – 32mm, 38mm, 50mm & 62mm
The Bulgin Air–Propane Power Burner is a professional-grade heating burner designed to deliver powerful, stable and controllable heat across a wide range of trade and industrial applications. Available in four burner sizes, the range allows operators and system designers to select the appropriate heat output and LPG consumption for the intended application.
Designed for use with propane / LPG air-mixed systems, the Power Burner produces a strong broad flame for rapid and even heat transfer. The range is particularly suited to preheating, heat shrinking, fabrication, roofing, manufacturing and general industrial heating, and can also be incorporated into multi-burner manifold arrangements for specialised heating processes.
The Power Burner range features an interchangeable connection design compatible with other major brands and manufacturers, making it suitable for both new heating systems and replacement applications.

Designed for Professional Performance
The Bulgin Power Burner range provides a scalable heating solution for applications ranging from controlled localised heating through to high-output industrial processes.
Smaller burner heads provide greater control and lower LPG consumption for general heating tasks, while the larger models deliver substantially greater thermal output for applications requiring rapid heating of larger workpieces or surface areas.
For specialised equipment and manufacturing processes, multiple Power Burners can also be incorporated into a manifold arrangement, allowing heat to be distributed across a larger or specifically defined area.

Burner Selection
The 32mm Power Burner provides 37 MJ/h of heat output with low LPG consumption, making it suitable for smaller and more controlled heating applications.
The 38mm Power Burner increases output to 74 MJ/h and provides a versatile option for general trade, fabrication and maintenance work.
The 50mm Power Burner delivers 113 MJ/h and is well suited to medium-to-heavy heating applications requiring greater coverage and faster heat transfer.
The 62mm Power Burner delivers a substantial 315 MJ/h and is intended for high-demand industrial heating, larger workpieces and applications where rapid heat input is required.
Interchangeable Design
The Bulgin Air–Propane Power Burner range has been designed for compatibility with corresponding heating equipment from other major brands and manufacturers. This makes the range suitable for replacement, maintenance and equipment upgrade applications without necessarily requiring replacement of the complete torch assembly.
Always confirm the connection type, operating pressure and equipment compatibility before installation.
LPG Supply Requirements
LPG supply requirements increase significantly as burner size and heat output increase. The cylinder or LPG supply system must be capable of maintaining sufficient vapour withdrawal for the selected burner, particularly during prolonged operation or when multiple burners are operated from a common manifold.
Insufficient LPG supply can result in cylinder frosting, reduced supply pressure and decreased burner performance.
Note: The above information represents typical operating performance only. Actual performance may vary depending on operating pressure, LPG supply, equipment configuration, environmental conditions and operator technique.
Built for Professional Heating Applications
From compact heating and fabrication tasks through to high-output manifold systems, the Bulgin Air–Propane Power Burner range provides a robust and flexible solution for professional heating applications. With four burner sizes, interchangeable compatibility and outputs up to 315 MJ/h, the range allows users to configure their heating equipment around the specific demands of the job.
