Featuring a 180-degree straight head design and robust twin-tube brass construction, the attachment provides excellent balance, control and visibility for general cutting applications while delivering the durability required for regular industrial use.

Suitable for both Oxy/Acetylene and Oxy/LPG, the attachment is compatible with Type 41 and Type 44 cutting and gouging nozzles, allowing the appropriate nozzle to be selected for the fuel gas and application.

Type 41 & Type 44 Nozzle Compatibility

The Bulgin 180° Cutting Attachment is designed to accept Type 41 and Type 44 cutting and gouging nozzles, providing flexibility across a range of oxy-fuel applications.

The appropriate nozzle should always be selected according to the fuel gas, process, material and required cutting or gouging performance.

This allows the attachment to be configured for different applications while maintaining a common, heavy-duty attachment platform.

Fuel Gas Versatility

The cutting attachment is suitable for use with:

• Oxy/Acetylene – when fitted with an appropriate Type 41 or Type 44 nozzle designed for Acetylene service
• Oxy/LPG – when fitted with an appropriate Type 41 or Type 44 nozzle designed for LPG service

The nozzle must be correctly matched to the selected fuel gas. Compatibility of the attachment with Type 41 and Type 44 nozzles does not mean that every nozzle is suitable for both Acetylene and LPG.

180° Straight Head Design

The 180° straight head configuration positions the nozzle in line with the attachment, providing a balanced and direct approach to the workpiece.

This configuration provides excellent control and visibility for general cutting applications and can be particularly useful where a straight torch arrangement provides the preferred working position.

Tool-Free Hand Attachment

The attachment incorporates a large hand-tightening nut, allowing it to be securely fitted to a compatible blowpipe handle without requiring a spanner.

The larger gripping surface also assists with installation and removal when wearing work gloves, making attachment changes practical in workshop and industrial environments.

Cutting Oxygen Control

A dedicated cutting oxygen lever provides controlled delivery of cutting oxygen during operation.

The lever is designed for secure and smooth operation, giving the operator convenient control while maintaining a stable grip on the blowpipe assembly.
